AS 1209 - ODG-The Senate,

in examining the bill AS 1209 laying down rules for the preparation of the annual and multi-state (Law Financial, 2009),

Having said that,

is an ongoing dispute between the Ministry of Education, universities and research and higher education communities of the Academies and Conservatories, in relation to the adoption of implementing regulations, under Article 2 of Law December 21, 1999, No 508 in the reorganization of the chairs and which has seen the intervention of the judiciary that has so far blocked the operation of those regulations;

are likely to emerge will prevail, given the guidance that inspired the measures undertaken, a position leading to a diminution of the cultural and professional academies of the Conservatives, if there was an attempt sputtering of teaching lessons and the consequent insecurity of the role of teachers;

serious consequences that would lead to ITER training of students, who would be forced to acquire a title, to attend a series of courses scattered;

commits the Government:

to enact by-laws are in full compliance with the purposes and provisions of the Law Reform No 508 of 1999, now consolidated into long-term trials;

to include them in the equivalence of qualifications awarded by the academies and music conservatories and university, as is in other European countries according to the guidelines laid down by the European Treaty of Lisbon.
