Article 3
(teaching activities)

1. In order to ensure the exercise of the right and duty under Article 1, paragraph 1, the annual teaching time in high school courses, including the proportion allocated to regions, autonomous schools and the teaching of Catholic religion in Compliance Agreement that makes changes to the Lateran Concordat and its Additional Protocol with enforced Law of 25 March 1985, n. 121, and the following agreements, comprises compulsory courses and activities for all students, activities and address of compulsory courses, compulsory courses and activities chosen by the student , except as provided in paragraph 4 and activities and electives, as enshrined in Articles 4 to 11.

(Levels of essential paths)

1. In order to achieve the educational profile, cultural and professional competence referred to in Article 1, paragraph 5 Regions provide such basic levels of courses:
